We wanted to give you a brief rundown of our registration process so that you know what to expect when you sign up to work with our organization. Expand out each step of this accordion menu for further information regarding our signup and registration process. Be sure to also visit our FAQ for additional information.
Before you can volunteer, we’ll need you to fill out our electronic registration form and sign the (also electronic) waiver. You can easily access this form by clicking “Register” in the navigation bar. The form will be opened in a new tab in your browser. Just complete it and hit “Continue”.
Once you fill out our registration form, your information is stored in our database and you’re immediately given access to our volunteer portal, VicNet. Just visit saceventcrew.com and click Login to access your account! Your Login name is your email address and the password is the one that you set when you filled out the registration form.
Once you’re logged in to VicNet, click on “My Schedule”. From here, you’ll be able to scroll through months and sign up for available event shifts!
